When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Click the link to locate your parcel. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

When you place an order and it is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the Royal Mail website. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

4. Are there any locations that you do not deliver to?

5. What is Standard delivery?
Standard delivery is FREE and will be delivered within 2-5 working days, provided that payment is received before 2pm on the day that the order is placed. International deliveries may take longer.
6. How does your delivery service work?
Our orders are sent via Royal Mail and must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for a delivery then the parcel will be returned to the Royal Mail depot and a contact card will be left in your post box. Royal Mail will make a second delivery attempt on the next business day. If the second delivery is unsuccessful, the Royal Mail driver will leave a contact card in your post box in order for you to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience. Please note that your parcel will be available at the Royal Mail depot 2 business days from the 1st delivery attempt.

Royal Mail will deliver between 08:00 and 18:00. A signature will be required upon delivery.
