1. What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from My Pandora Charms, please send it back to us. You can return any item purchased from the My Pandora Charms within 14 days of receipt for a refund excluding shipping costs. (Please see Distance Selling Regulations below for exceptions).
My Pandora Charms will only accept returns for purchases made from My Pandora Charms. Likewise, other stores and stockists will not accept returns on products purchased from My Pandora Charms.
For hygienic reasons, earrings and earring pendants cannot be returned.
All jewellery sets with item numbers starting with B (e.g. B800002-H) are bundled sets. Please note that if you have purchased a bundled set and wish to return it for a refund, the complete set must be returned.
All goods will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
Please note that if you choose to return any goods, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you wish to return an item and order another item in it’s place, please follow our returns process described below. Our Customer Care Team will email you a FREE shipping code so that you can place a new order without paying additional shipping costs.
The FREE shipping code will be valid for one week and will be for the same delivery method that you selected when you placed your original order (Standard or Express).

5. How do I cancel my order under the distance selling regulations?
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days to cancel your order for any item purchased from My Pandora Charms for a full refund. The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order.
We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you’ll need to contact us quoting your order number. If you have already received your order, you will need to return all of the items in the order.
If you decide to return your product for a refund follow our returns policy.
6. The price of the item I purchased has changed since I received it. Can I get a refund?
As a retail business our prices change in response to trends, stock and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.
7. What happens if I want to exchange or return a bracelet or a charm?
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition and packaging as you received the item.
Refunds are only available with a valid receipt, and the purchased item must be in the same condition and packaging as when received. Please see our returns policy for instructions.
